How to set up soft ccam

Hi I've got a technomate 1000d super and i Was wondering if thre are any patches for this recieer , and how do i go about setting up soft ccam onto it to unscramble somE OF THE FREEEVIEW CHANNELS ETC>!!!

load the patch 1st then the softcam via the loader you will need a null modem lead connected between your PC and your STB rs232 ports.Read the threads on patching your technomate in the sticky section of this forum.
NB you will not open any extra channel on 28.2E but check out 4.8E,19.2E and 39E.if you can only get 28.2E its not worth the bother of patching.

as mentioned above its an old receiver but the softcam over null modem cable will open a few channels on the satellites mentioned but waste of time on 28e as it will only open fta channels on there and doesnt need patching or any updates apart from channel lists and transponder details
