TM-5400 CI+ usb help re softcam

Hi,
Im having a little difficulty in getting this to work.
Got the right sat I think im after - hotbird 13E
Got lots of channels FTA and subscription
Got the latest patch - 187p Nov 17 2011
But -
All the softcam keys I try seem to do nothing!?

not much open on 13e better on 19 e loads more open using patch 153 & softcam ie canal dig TNT orf & a few others

yes only opens some rai channels and and two more channels on 13e opens more on 19e+39e

Ah, that explains it, ill try pointing at 19e.
Couple of questions.
Im trying to get aljazeera sport +3, any idea if that is open? Possibly on nilesat?
Seen cards for sale for around ?90, seems reasonable, will that go straight into my 5400?

Needs card.
It will work in slot ok.
Need a decent dish size for nielsat.

Any other sport channels that show the rugby? (prem, Hcup etc)
And ill soon upgrade to an HD box, which do you think best for around ?150?
The card will need to work on it also.
Looked at tm800hd but found mixed reviews.
