newbie Queston about keys??

hi there i have got a TM-1000d reci4ever which i have patched the only problem now is i dont know which keys to install, can anyone advise me on which satellite to use and what the keys are for that satellite, ideally i want to watch the discovery channels

use a tmsoftcam that is for SD boxes

the keys in that softcam open the channels of the broadcasters listed with the softcam on the satellites included in the list

typically this will be a few on 5e and 39e , but there are not many channels open this way any more so you have more or less missed the boat , and I dont know of any discovery channels still opened by this method

Discovery Bulgaria 39e has Eng audio on Irdeto2 keys so should open ok.
Also Nat Geo the same as above.
Plus of course Nova sport/diema for epl footy non English audio.

Thanks pal, Do you know where i can get a tm soft cam from?? im too new at the moment, as soon as i can afford it im gonna get a dm500 and iks it but till then any channels are better than none Cheers pal

I dont use pm

the softcams are right at the top of this technomate forum , in their own section

the latest softcam is the one dated the 16/1/2012 by thijs at the top of the page of the technomate section,discovery and nat geo both still working at the moment.
