4 green lines in DCC

yes, done a quick factory reset on tm500,as was going motorised and wasn't tracking arc properly,since then, c-lines gone since put back in, had 4 green lines in dreambox control centre, reinstated c-lines now only getting channels briefly,nothing consistent, anyone else had this???
have i been hacked?

i guess if you drop in some photos of your problem our experimented forumers may sort it out for you hopefully !! don't mess up with your Clines !!
