tm-1000ci super help

Hello there, my neighbour was given a tm-1000ci super with a t-rex twin module in it, he asked me for help, I know nothing about this equipment, I have blade 7000 at present, I loaded software on the tm and connected it to my sly dish,,,fta only. my neighbour has a tv cabo dish. is it possible to load the right software etc. onto this equioment and open channels? I have no experience of cams, and would like some help. Can i make this box work. Thanks lads.

Only channels open on 39e irdeto2 bulsat channels and canal nl irdeto2 19.2e channels and few odd other ones.
