TM 80 HD - Tuner unavailable.

Guy,

Help on new TM800 HD,

All was working with cline, al premium channels working fine,

then girlfriend, advised channel favourates are Greyed, &

getting tuner unavailble, I have tried to change the tuner config...in service searching, nothing listed..after pressing OK

Box was working fine earlier.....then error was showing...

I know its possibley a Tuner config, but cannot find or change, select the Tuner A 28.2, as its not showing...?

please advide asap.

I have this off and on with my dreambox.

Power the box down, unscrew the f-plug and check it all looks ok such as the copper touch the f-plug. Then once you have screwed it back together. See if it has solved it. Have a look on that sat side and see if its ok as well.

If no joy, then pull the box apart and try reseating the tuner.

If that does work try reflashing the box.

If that doesn't work try another power supply.

Hopefully one of the above will solve it.
