Not sorted as yet, they've put the scaffold up and moved my dish today. onto there poles they reckon that there is 9weeks worth of work that there doing on the house etc. they only moved the dish today as it got caught last night on 1 of the boards to which i had to climb up and release the arm.

I had a look at the back of dish etc and now need to know what the arm should be set at roughly

funny in 9 weeks they'll be reinstalling dish on the wall so gonna leave it to then and try and catch the guy installing it back on the wall.

ps i normally scared of heights but bladdered on scaffold last night not a care in the world

NIMBERS nice to hear from you again. I cant believe that its going to take 9 weeks to put a dish up. Are they waiting for planning permission or have they gone to college to learn how to put it up?? make sure they do a good job. When you say the arm do you mean the LNB arm? If so this should be in the centre of the dish with the LNB pointing slightly upwards. The best thing to do is find a satellite and take it from there. If you are having installers to do the job they should know what to do. Keep in touch. Regards.

l lost in translation, there rendeering my estate so thats why taking so long etc and the main reason i stopped myself moving it or paying for it to be moved etc as i knew they had to move the dish.

ps there 2 adjustable settings on back of dish they run on arches, but i was bladdered when seen think 1st was set @ 30ish and other at 50 if that makes sense

Thats why i said i'll wait till they re fix it to walll as they might get professional to do it

Hi Pedro.. where have you been?? We missed you. Welcome back but no comprende what 'hhhmmm' means. Yeah nimbers that bracket with 30 and 50 on is probably the motor bracket for elevation and latitude settings. I think you find that the two figures should add to 90 like mine. Mine is set at 57 for latitude and 33 for elevation. Take care.
