Technomate TM-5200 D USB Super alongside Sky+

Apologies if this has already been asked numerous times (I assume it has but having searched I didn't find anything). I currently have Sky+ HD which I intend to keep. The dish has a quad LNB so has two outputs free. Can I utilise one of these and hook up to a Technomate TM-5200 D USB Super? Or will it cause problems when used alongside the Sky+ (which is on a different TV/different room)

The TM will be fine on a separate feed.
