Since Friday Am this box keeps continuously freezing you can not watch the picture, it is the same connected directly to router as well as wireless,the picture is not watch-able, the signal and quality is about 95%.
Tried contacting cccm but they do not answer any emails,and DO NOT seem to have any support forum.
Any ideas please
