Please Help me with Technomate TM-5402HD

hey everyone,
Hope you all well.

I recently got this box TM-5402HD, it was working absolutely fine till a few days ago, now it is freezing and gives the message "Scrambled channel" when I go to the server list, the protocol is NEWCAMD, active is ON and the Status is DISCONNECTED! when I press the red button nothing happens, What should I do to get the status back connected?

you were already answered on other place your server that you connect to is down .
Never buy a preconfigured box contact the guy that sold it to you.
no point asking the same question on different forums the answer will be the same
google for premium card share servers and get a new line
