technomate 5402hd flashing red light

In need of help. My tm 5402hd wont power up. The standby light just continually flashes on and off. Does that mean the box is buggered? tryed switching on and off leaving it for a few minutes but no change. cheers for any help. jon

sounds like you have to get a null modem lead to reflash the box
