Once you have loaded the channel list you will be able to update it very easily yourself if you wish with a blade.
On the menu go to channel search and perform a blind scan. This will update any channels on the list without reordering them and any new channels will be added at the end of the list. I used this channel reordered a couple of channels, deleted a few that weren't running anymore then did the blind scan to pick up the new channels.

Thanx fo the quick reply.. I am using a blade 7000. As I am new I am wondering if there is any way I can get notified when you update the epg,, Any suggestions.

Yes subscribe to the thread you will get notifications of new posts they will not all be channel updates but at least you won't miss any. The other way is to check here whenever you notice channels stop working. Chances are I will know before or at the same time as you do

Sorry guys but I am struggling here.. Could some one help with a step by step what I do with this file. I have tried everything but can't get it to work.. I tried with the file unzipped but that didnt work so tried unzipping the file and still that didnt work.. Not sure I am using the right menu on my Blade 7000..

Any help will be appreciated..

I have tm but hey are both pretty much the same box...so the wording may be different on your menus but I'm sure you'll get the jist of it....You unzip file then copy the .ndf file to your usb stick.....Put the usb stick into the blade...At this point I press teh usb button on the remote you may have to go into menu then utilities and selectinstall from usb from there. then pick data transfer that brings up a list of files on usb, you then pick the channel list and thats it

Managed to sort it now. Thanx for all your help.. Not sure if you are aware but I did notice Sky 2 was missing fom the the list but it wasn't a problem as I have added it manually.. Once again thanx of a nice guide.

I didn't realise sky 2 was missing m8. It used to be there so I must have deleted it during an update. Thanks for heads up.....It will be back in with the next list update. If you notice anything else missing just shout up. I know about heart tv and capital tv, they will be in the next list as well

I have recently aquired 1 and looking for a channel list to use. If so any how to guide - i am used to spiderbox and am struggling with this one.

Extract the channel list to usb put usb in box press usb button on remote then transfer data then pick the channel list select normal db that's you done list will auto load to epg channel so just press the epg button and wait till it populates
