If you go into the satellite setup menu what are your signal strengths for LEVEL and QUALITY. In my TM5400 i can tell from signal levels if i have a problem with motor, cables, LNB or alignment. Like i said you need to start with the motor first otherwise you wont get anywhere. Out of curiosity any reason why you did a factory reset? If you live in London and if you like i could come and have a quick look for you. Regards.
i did this because sometimes my channels go off

the man who fixed used a machine to connect the wires and then he put wire back to the tm500 and it was fixed, he also told that there was some input or output problems

Hi dibin. The machine you are referring to may have been a satellite meter to locate a satellite. If your channels were going off and on it sounds like you may have a fault with the box. Have you not tried any tests ie to see if dish is moving or signal levels etc. Otherwise you need to get your man back to sort it out. Regards.
