Technomate 6900 HD can u cs with this stb

normally use dreamboxes i have an openmedia & a dm 8000hd but after losing my job may have to sell dm 8000hd, want to keep watching HD, so need to know if i can cs with 6900 HD or if anyone can recommend another lower budget stb capable of cs & HD thanks in advance
