Yes that would be correct if we were talking about the 28/4/2012 patch but we are not.
We are talking about the 2/5/2012 patch aren't we?

they have an original to go with it make sure to do a factory reset after it

All patches usually inc the latest TM firmware as that is what they are based on, but good advice all the same.

this is what technomate recommend to do in the link
but nutsandbolts will more then likely say that there is no need to do a factoryreset

I always factory reset after as it clears all the old data out.
