it might sound stupid, but i have been asked to find my id on the box as my foreign channels have stopped workin, and can i find it, not a chance. tried menu after menu, but no luck. Any help will be appreciated. jon

if its to do with your Cccam & Newcamd menu then you just press the 'IP' button on the remote and enter '0000' for password unless you changed it and that will take you into that side of things.
If on the other hand its a legit card and you need the Boxkey i know its in the menu and something to do with pressing Yellow button to enter it, I am sure when Manic01,thijs come along they could set you straight on that side.
