tm500 super wont boot up

hey guys
my daughter has a tm500 super plugged in her bedroom and has been working perfect for the last few weeks since we got the box yesterday morning we had a power cut and the box went off now all it does when you turn it back on is get to the iQ image then reboots and just keeps doing this over and over any ideas what has happened and how do i fix it ?

Hi gibbo,

had the same problem with mine not through a powercut though just booted to IQ image screen and went blank and then kept rebooting. Only solution i found was to reflash the box from scratch

ok so ive put the box into the mini web load and tried to send the image to the box and it just says failed ,

any other way i can load an image onto this box ?

sorted now after using a really old UR image from 2010 ive now got it back to life now to load all my settings back on
