Technomate 3500 d+ usb pvr no/weak signal

I recently got a technomate 3500 d+ from a friend and am trying to make it work. The problem is that it sometimes gets good reception but after a while, the channels disappear and it displays NO/WEAK SIGNAL. Help is appreciated. Location is Brussels Belgium.

Hi. Which satellite are you having problems with?? It could be also problem with your dish size. As already mentioned check connections are ok etc and try a different satellite like Hotbird or Astra 1.
