    TECHNOMATE 5200D SUPER USB

Hi all, i'm basically a rookie to this and really need some help.

i have had a technomate tm-5200d super for a few years now and

have over 1000 channels however i can only view about 200

because most of them you have to pay for. Now i have come

across this softcam keys which i have heard will enable me to

watch these channels. So i tried using this however my

technomate isn't recognising the files within the folder of my usb

i placed it in. is their anyway i can view the files within the

folders because it comes out empty on my technomate.

    Many thanks

you will have to patch your tm first look here for patches
      Download center
after loading patch on your tm you can load latest softcam key
and should work for the providers stated depending on what patch you use
Everything discussed on this forum is for experimental and educational purposes only. Use the information at your own risk.

right mate 1st read "the noobs guide to patching your technomate"in the sticky section(its the 1st one) then unzip and load the patch I"ve sent followed by the softcam I"ve also sent, this should open cn/digitaal and some others on 19E and whats left of bulsat on 39E +some on 4.8E and one or two others.

PS just seen thijs beat me to it

              Hi,

I hope im in the right place for this. Im a total novice to all this so please forgive me if I say /ask anything stupid.

I recently bought a tm-5200d super (M2) receiver and motorized satellite dish. I've set them up and I am picking up hotbird 13.0e at about 80% signal strength and can watch FTAs.

My wife is from Poland so we are trying to get channels such as tvp1 and polsat. After reading lots of forums (and now getting totally confused), I have downloaded the TM update patch and other patchs and various softcam key files (the correct one, I think!) and put them on to the receiver via usb and all seems to have go well (no error messages), but I still cannot view these channels.

I would be very grateful if someone could please help me with this as it is now starting to drive me a little crazy as im not too sure what else to do.

I suppose my main questions are:

can / will I be able to view these channels using patches / softcam keys? If so could someone give me details on how to do this and where to get the latest keys that will work with these channels.

and if not, is there anything else I can do, as I've also read about inputting biss and cas keys. Can this be done / help sort my problem?

Also, as my wife is from Poland we were thinking of getting a card from Poland, but is it true that the tm-5200d super doesn't have a card reader, so can I use a card. I've also heard you need to buy a receiver from Poland in order to get the card?

Again, sorry if I sound a total idiot, but I am a novice to all this stuff.

              Please Please help!

In reply to "simdunn" you wont get those channels with patching/softcam I"m afraid. you can retrofit card readers to those boxes (if you can find one) but see PM
