    satellite setup for newbie

    hi total newb at this stuff i am thinking of buying a motorised full package it has a tecnomate 5402 hd and a 1.1 dish and a diseqc motor just wondering if it is a good starter pack to get as many channels as i can ie football and the rest of the stuff via different methods .also another point is i live in tipperary southern ireland will the dish size be sufficient to get a good signal ive got broadband with router . the price is 199 for the lot is this a good price thanks in advance guys this place is brilliant

      thanks for the quick reply bud think il get it then and the journey will begin of head scratchin and a few swear words while setting up this will do everything i want mate yeh

        Can you post a link to the items as it sounds a great deal considering the TM5402 retails @?140 which leaves ?60 for a Triax 1.1, Motor and LNB which sounds too good to be true.

          just put in motorised dish technomate 5402 hd package details in fleabay cant seem to paste the link its a place that is called magicsat still avaiable mate i eneded up getting an openbox just to get me started with sly channels then il have a tinker around with other stuff when im a bit more confident

            it easier to get started on a tm for $ly channels then an openbox all you need is patch and addon found in Download center
            and a sea line and this
