there is nothing gauranteed in this hobby mate and changes will happen
as for digi-tv changing to nagra 3 there have been lots of posts
saying it will change this year and follow the other providers that have changed over the last couple of years, i dont think anyone could give a exact date for the change over, as for the diablo cam iv'e had the cam for about two years and i upgraded last time to a v2.3 cam so if everything goes now it wont owe me anything. but as for buying now i think i would hang fire and see what happens over the next few weeks, as you know digialb is now down and said to have changed to cas 7 and if the canal+nordic goes the same way we will loose everything, but if whats generally posted saying the diablo files were paid for etc: i hope they do anouther deal and get this new conax version open. even if it means anouther new cam or a update i will certainly buy a new or upgraded cam, for me if a cam can get good channels open for six or more months it will pay for it's self, i just hope things dont go
down for some time to give those who have only had the diablo a short time

Digitv is Expected to change over fully to Nagra3 in the months of April & May with the Setemper been the final cut off point for any remaining channels, Conax encrypted channels on Thor 1 are also due to change to cas7 in the same time-frame as Nagra 3.

Its very unlikely that Duolabs will open the new cas7 for quite a while, Conax cas5 encryption has never been opened and is regarded as been very secure, the only reason for the change to cas7 is to hault the providers passing on keys to third party companys like Duolabs and M2+ in a bid to make extra revenue.

The problems Conax faced with were with the providers that are open using Duolabs & other products are from poor countrys like Romania & Albania. Remember there subscription costs around 10-15 euro but sell there card to us western Europeans for 400 pounds a year, I also believe Duolabs pay nice money for codes from some these providers.
