i've opened the files and entered the keys for and cleared the dutch on 19 east and bulsat on 39 if i enter the keys for tnt and the other french packages should i be able to clear those channels.

Hi. In my TM5400 there are no keys for TNTSAT and CANALSAT packages- they are built into the patch and you cannot enter them manually. May be the same for your receiver. Have you tried to see if channels open with only the patch??

Hi. If i remember i think you need patch 315 to open TNTSAT for your receiver. You cannot open French channels entering keys with remote because you need T1 , X1 keys which cannot be entered via remote. Another thing to remember about TNTSAT channels is that you need to open channel NT1 before the others open.
