Hi. A couple of points for advice.

    1) Dont do a factory reset as it will not resolve your problems. It will just restore channels, audio etc back to factory level.
    2) Dont contact Technomate because of legal issues they will not advise you. I tried it once before with a patched receiver and they were not happy.
    3) As you have taken your motor down is the dish properly aligned to 28.2
    4) Your motor problems could have been for a number of reasons ie were you using Diseqc 1.2 or USALS. If using USALS dish will always move regardless of setting so long as cables are connected properly.

    5) As you have reloaded different firmwares it could be that cccam has incorrect settings for channels to clear.
I would wait for further advice from members who are familiar with 7102 and cccam.

    Regards.

You could try a hard reset and see if it makes any difference it often did with my 7100.
Make sure you back up your channellist first and write down your settings for the motor.
After this switch of the box at the back and press and hold the menu button while switching back on,this will bring you in the loadermenu and here you can do a hardreset.
This will completely empty the memory so make sure you have your sealion backed up too or written down somewhere.
If the 8281 menu isn't working then you should check if you actually have a patch loaded to your tm by going into the system info menu and the cass and biss menu should be there.
And the firmware nr should have a p for patch with it.
From what i heard the patch 118 is the best for the 7102models so try that from Download center
maybe reload the add-on too from Download center
Let us know how your doing

Mate anything to do with CCcam and freezing cannot be discussed on here you should read the rules, i will try and answer the other questions as best i can.

All of the TM's 5402,6902,7102 etc... run what is called an emulator version of Cccam which is generally 2.0.11 and no this cannot be changed unless phantom or another code writer changes the version in the ADDON patch.

What i can tell you having owned a 5402 i can vouch 100% for the ADDON patch reliability and so will many other members who own any of the 02 series.

Secondly i highly doubt it has anything to do with your super fast BT connection, What i will say is which ever scumbag who is ruining this hobby for everyone is so called supplying what we dare not speak is most definitely the problem.

          Here endeth the lesson
