TM 5402 HD PLHD 10 EAST

have tm 5402 hd with software version 1.05 jan 2011.Is it possible to load biss key for plhd tv at 10 east with above version? I am using dragon cam to access various channels. I am a complete novice to patching so forgive my ignorance on the matter
