help with a technomate 5402hd please

Hi all, here is my problem: I have installed the addon file and the secret menu come up ok, I then insert (via my technomate remote control) the data of a cline that I have been given, but nothing happen. It always show "disconnected"..... My question is what can I check please? Second question, do I have to configure my router for the technomate to access the internet? It connect witout problems for youtube on my lan.

try this and make sure to reboot the box after you inserted all details correct

Thank you very much for your reply, still no luck at my end.....Can I ask please one more thing that confuse me a lot: well on the file that you gave me the order on the line is: 1 address , 2 port , 3 ID , 4 password
while on the guide that I have donwloaded with the addon give this
1 address , 2 ID , 3 password , 4 port

Am I wrong? what is the correct one please

i never saw a sea lion as on the example you showed me there
and i have seen lots of them they would never work on any of the systems i have seen the port nr. is always after the adress
then folowed by login and pass
and don't forget to press the right coloured button for the line to get connected after you saved the details

I solved my problem, I think the guide on the sticky is a bit misleading....thank you for your help it really help me!

if your screen shot and your example are they way you have your sealion it will never work as you have it set for "N" not "C" remember the default for tm is for n not c. That's as far as I will go on this subject as this thread is likely to be closed very shortly as it has already went too far.
