newbie help for a 5402 please

first of all i know your only allowed to talk about c lines to a certain extent, so admin if i break the rules could you pm as im a newbie,

i currently have a technomate 5402 box, and technomate 1m dish and motorized lnb, i have clines setup however im only getting channels on 28.2, when i switch to other satellites that i have in the 90's singnal and pic quality it is saying channel scrambled, ive spoke to said supplier and he says it should be working fine as others have checked,

im not even getting free to air channels on these either, some say scrambled others say no video/audio,

does any1 know how to help or ever experienced this? im currently updated to phantompatch 123 and addon,

check your usals co-ordinates as it sounds like the dish is going to the wrong sats.. also drive your dish to zero in the menu,s then re-boot your box and try again using fta channels on a few different sats to check that the motor is driving to the correct sat position. regards mdt

sorry but how do i do this? im a complete novice when it comes to this, i had a company come out to setup the dish and it was my girlfriend who was in so all seemed fine as she was watching sky channels till i came in and noticed the other sats werent working,

ok i had a bit of a play with usals (i think), and ended up losing the sky channels i had, but ive managed to move it back and im getting all the sky channels as well as some channels on other satellites, i seem to be getting lots but there are still scrambled and no audio/video channels, they are on the foreign sats and are under a category CAS: NDS, any1 know why they are not working?

also i dont seem to have sky sports italia or sky sports german on the relevant sats, what are they called?

Did you purchase the 5402 yourself or did you get it preconfigured from a dealer with the so called providers all ready to go so to speak
