Viewing CS info on 5402

I purchased a 5402 off someone that had it preconfigured for a number of satellites, i am having difficulty viewing the CS info, although active and working i would like to transfer data from technomate to my VU duo.
I have tried uploading the data through the 8281 menu via USB but all i get is the usual notepad file, when trying to view CS info i get error saying CS must be off, after this has been done i still get preconfigured file with no info.
Can anyone advise on how to view or upload this info via USB?

you can't when this is put on by usb you can't edit or view it .
This is done for ressellers.
You could try some older patches and see if you can get into the files that way from here http://www.technomatesoftware.co.uk/...02HD%20Series/
some old patches did not have the editing or viewing of info put on by usb blocked yet.
