    TM6900 HD Super Combo freezing

My above box started freezing after loading with 748p, every few seconds almost as soon as it's loaded the channel. Took it back to the latest original TM 747 firmware and everything works fine, as soon as I load a Phantompatch the freezing starts again, tried several earlier ones just in case. Any help greatly appreciated.

did you try the latest Download center
make sure to backup channellist and do factory reset
put on patch followed by factory reset
put back channellist and rescan sats in use.

Still freezing, notice factory reset now has single or multi option never observed this before. Still working perfectly if set to official TM update.

what's freezing? did you rescan your sats in use did you do factory resets??
correct adviced way of loading a patch is
        backup channellist
        factory reset
        load latest patch
        factory reset
        put back channellist
and scan all sats in use.

I tried both with channels, loading saved file and also installing from scratch after reset. Have been carrying out the factory resets between upgrades, but always getting the box freezing, not responding to remote or front buttons until switched off at mains and on again and then freezing within seconds, on Phantom patches but not on any TM official patch. Have now tried going back to 726p and seems to be OK at the moment.
