I cannot find Supersport or BBC Streams which I have had for years. I am in Spain with 2 Technomate TM-1500CI+ boxes plus skybox. 1.9m dish for Astra, 80cm for Hotbird and Eutelsat with 2 LNBs. One TM box is linked to the Astra signal.
My problem began some weeks ago when The BBC Streams 0-6 via the TM, which have worked for 3yrs+ stopped receiving. I have repeatedly rescanned Astra2, 28.2E and they do not appear - not even the names. As a "good idea' I did a total factory reset and blind searched the 3 satellites. I still do not get Streams, but also I have lost Supersport on Eutelsat, i.e the channel names are not there although thousands are. This is nothing to do with subscriptions, although I have fully paid and valid cards for Digitalb, Al-Jazeera Sport and Art Sports. The Al-Jaz and Art channels all reinstalled after scanning. I still can access the BBCi channels via red button on Sky, so the signal is there somewhere. Countless hours already and now do what I should have done many grey hairs ago, ASK FOR HELP!
