Just looked and scanned 23E but no HD channels open. Are they still available with the patch? Seem to have a good signal with my 90cm dish.

the chns are open on 23e
i would first check your on the correct satellite mate. lig tv is on 23e but it's down with the patch. and i think you will have problems with that dish size from the uk and you might only get the dutch chns to give you a good signal' i cant get a signal at all times of the day on a lot of the chns with a 1.2 mtr dish. i have just checked and the chns are open,take a look for these chns
select kino there are 8 film chns on 11.635-v-28496
red x club adult chs same frequency
plus 72 others like motors, yacht and sail, si-fi, mtv chns
cartoons and lots general german chns
plus lots of dutch chns on 11.914-h-27.497 plus many other
chns i have 203 chns scanned on this sat at the moment the
turkish are down on the patch

Benny, when I try to do a blind search and try to set the range from 11.635-v-28496 it says invalid frequency. Is there another way?
Starting to curse the manual now for lack of detail.

if you want a channel with 6540 chns set in order give my list a go
follow the info with this chn list and you wont loose your settings

this is a tm 6900 channel list.
that has all the channels on all the satellites
sorted in a good viewing order and will
save you hours of channel moving and sorting.
this list has tv chns only no radio chns scaned
plus there are no favourites set on this list
and covers the following satellites:--------
30w-24.5w-15w-12.5w-8w-4w-1w-4.8e-7e-9e-
13e-16e-19e-23.5e-26e-28e-33e-36e-39e-42e
depending on your dish size you might not receive
all the satellites, set your sat list for the sats you can
get signals from. i use a 36v motor and a v-box with my
dish, if you follow the following instructions you can use
this list on your receiver without losing your dish settings

how to change chn lists [this does'nt factory reset your box]
leave your dish on any sat your settings will not change
menu>pin 0000>system settings>ok factory reset>ok
enter pin 0000 and go to line [3] deleate all channels
press>ok and yes and save the change
take the chn file out of the folder ready to transfer to your memory stick.
then put the memory stick in the usb port on the receiver and
download the new channel list to the sat box.

i have also loaded this list on the clarke-tech 5000HD cplus combo this is the same spec as the tm 6900 super i have tested this list on the tm 6900_super model and the tm 6900
original . it is'nt tested on the tm 6800 models

I am about to purchase the VU+ DUO + 100cm Mesh Motorised Dish Package.
I need to know what I need to watch HBO, and premiership football.

I am more than happy to pay for a subscription servcie. as long as its not to mr. murdoch

you should find about 150 channels open with the patch
with digi-tv on thor1w channels like discovery, animal planet,
hallmark. hbo film chns, private spice [adult] about 12 sports chns cartoon chns etc: all these channels are in nagravision encryption the patch wont open the conax chns. if your system is motorised the patch open some channels on sirus 4.8e for extra chns on thor 1w and astra 19e you would need a diablo cam and a programmer but these items cost as much as the receiver and with all that we get for free there are no gaurantees as to how long we will keep getting the chns open, and you might want to check things out before
spending anouther ?100 or so. as for the nova chns on hotbird 13e at this time you need a gamma card and of course the cas programmer to get these chns open, this is why i said hang fire and check before you buy, because
there is a lot of rumours that now the diablo cam has opened the irdeto encryption the nova channels could soon open with the cam, but it's a wait and see before you spend,by hanging fire a short time you could save yourself a lot of cash,
