    New to 5302HD - won't connect - Help.

    Have moved to satellite about a month ago. Technomate 5302HD Have not been able to get any channels since yesterday. Says connecting - then not connected. Help.

    Also box freezes - will not respond to remote, Unplug everything - take it to another room and it boots up? Confused.

    reset your box and load phantompatch 117 also check your internet connection to the box

      There is no 117 patch for a tm5302.(only on tm5402)
      Did you load latest patch on your 5302 Download center
      make sure to backup channellist and do a factory reset before and after you put on the tbn patch ,then put back on channellist and rescan sats in use.

        If you made your own channel list then as thijs has explained its probably best to back it up but on the 5302 you can download a channel list straight from the servers if you so wish, Also get the very latest patch as some of the older variations did suffer problems with ethernet connection
