Hi
When im watching a program and set another channel to record later it goes to that channel when the record time starts.
Can i not watch another channel while recording another?
It will not let me get of the channel im recording.
Used the patch 125p and now have it on 117p but no diffrence.

you don't mention what model you have but your talking about patch 117 so i asume it's a TM5402 this is a single tuner stb so no you can't record and watch any channel.
Only if it's on the same transponder/frequency
This is discussed many many many times on this forum already
If you want to be able to record and watch any channel at the same time you will need a twin tuner reciever like the TM TWIN
or TM7102 or any brand twin reciever

Yes it is a 5402hd....( sorry got confused with the other topics on subject, thought you could't record of different sattellites at the same time duhhhh).
Why does it say on the box"record 3 channels at the same time? very confusing.

Just another issue on the same box.
I set my dads box up (same as mine) and every now and then it freezes and the number "0" is displayed on the front panel.
Secondly when i do a factory reset i used to click "ok" but now i have to choose from "multi" or "single"

yes you can if they are on the same frequency/transponder
When you are recording from 1 channel press ok to get up the channellist all the channels in grey are the ones you can't watch at the same time but the ones in black u can(or record)
a good few channels on astra 28.2 would be on same transponders.

did you try latest patch yet ? Download center
make sure to do factory rest before and after patching and rescan sats in use after you put back your channellist.
I always use multi for the factory reset.
I think single will leave the default channellist in the box if you have saved your channellist as default in your tm.

patch 126 isn't perfect yet but i think it's better then 117.
If you wnat the xxxdrives then you will have to activate them before you change the patch (press 1149 when in entertainment menu)
Because you can't in patch 126 but if you activate it before it will be there.
