TM6900 Super resets when trying Blind Scan

My TM6900 Super resets any time I try a Blind Scan. Has only been like that over the last week or so. I've tried the latest patch and has made no difference.

Looks like I'll have to re-install, which I can do from the menu, unless anyone has any suggestions. I might even keep away from the patches.

Is there any way to keep my channel lists / store them on the drive, and then put them back on the machine, as I have six satellites and don't want to start again?

    hi m8,
this could be caused by dead transponders in your satellite
channels scan you could try deleating any dead tp's first then try a blind scan if the problem is still there then a factory re-set is next to try first put a memory stick in the receiver usb port turn on and click the usb button on the remote and got to data transfer and click>ok now you will see the file panel [it shout be clear if you used a empty memory stick]
next click the red button[upload channel] now your channel list will copy on the memory stick. transfer this onto your computer to reload later next leave the dish on any satellite you wish, then if your motor is set for usuals motor settings write down your motor settings info long/lat etc: and now factory re-set your receiver then i would first load the official
software from technomate.com then re-set your receiver language.time. tv settings, motor settings etc then reload your channel list, you do this the same way as you do with the patch or software.

Deleting some non-active transponders did the trick, so all working now.

Will keep the rest for future reference - will come in handy.
