TM5402 won't clear most hd movie channels or epg in the evening

As the title says. I'm having problems clearing almost all hd movie channels at night. They come on for a split second then I get no sat signal. I also get no sat signal on epg channel at night. These all work perfect during the day. I have plugged my Vu solo into the same coax with the same details entered into box and have no problems at all.

Any ideas.
Just to add it doesn't matter if I use 117p or 127p or any of the rubbish in between same result.

Ok hd on movies and sport don't work at anytime now along with crime hd. Epg is back on. Don't know if this is normal but after factory reset and installing new phantom patch addon and all details are remembered on box and I don't have to re add them. Could this be the issue and if so how do I make it forget. I have installed original firmware and of course no addon until I put phantom back on

your tm will remember your details with normal factory reset this is normal.
No problems on my box here tm6902.
Could be the share you are using try a test with someone else and see .

Tried with 3 different shares. Exact same results. Solo is perfect on all channels on all shares using same coax feed. The only good thing is that whatever hd channel doesn't work the equivalent sd one does and vice versa. It is only one or two sd that don't work but the equivalent hd does. It's a ~~~~in strange one.... Linux all the way from now on I think

Yes m8 tried 117 and 127. I can't check ecm on tm but all the channels that don't work on tm have higher ecm when I check them on solo. It has only surfaced after hd pairing started. Could be coincidence some feedback from other 5402 users would be handy

have you tried the normal reset everything and then load an official TM firmware reset again and then load the patched version, although i am still not sure even with the official firmware that it gets rid of the ADDON patch. might be worth a shot,

I can only give you a report from my DrHD Grand Triple which runs nigh on identical firmware and patch and that is performing as it should


Hope you get it sorted mate, just a thought but these closed source run an emulated CCcam 2.0.11 what is the version on your solo, as the 5302 runs an emulated version of Oscam, So may be worth getting reports from that model too.

All hd movies except indie, 007 and I think it's classic. Sports 2 hd, crime hd and sometimes pick tv and gold. Cheers mdt. H_H

If it had something to do with the way cards are paired it would happen on my TM6902 too,the cccam works the same.
Did you try the hard reset?
Switching off at the back and press and hold the menu button while switching back on.
This will clear out your server menu and channellist.

Lol all the ~~~~in channels are working perfect today but I've just had a message from another tm user in a different region and she has lost almost all channels this morning. Well channels are all working when I tried them. Put it onto bbc hd then the wife tried movies again and it doesn't work now. .... she is a ~~~~in jinx and is proof that women shouldn't be allowed control of the remote.
Edit ecm were running at 175 on solo when channels were working this morning and are running at 255 now that they aren't working again on tm. Now I know that everything should be fine with those numbers but it clearly isn't.

did you set the ecm-pids on your TM5402
mute>exit>blue button this would be set to default but put them on the ecm pid and save exit move to different channel and back.

All sorted. .. fault with coax. Vu solo still runs perfect on it but a new run of coax to tm has sorted all channels. Don't ask me why solo works but tm won't on same coax
