Technomate 5402 EPG?

I got the technomate 5402 hd with latest phantom patch.
How do i get 7 day epg? currently i only see the next 2 programs on a channel.

i've done the scan thing & if i go on bbc one & wait a while it'll show me more than 2 programs but then sky sports for example still only has now & next?

You are suppose to go onto the epg channel(this is the channel you just saved using the above method), then while on that channel you press the epg button and then wait a min or two for the epg to populate for all other channels

for who can use the 7epg on astra 28.2 east channels like the
6000+7000 super series +5402
scan trp. 11.777 v 27.500 any tv channel on this transponder,will load the 7day-epg on your stb ,go into epg mode on one of those channels and within a minute the epg will populate on almost all channels.(leave for a few minutes to get full)make sure you stay in epg mode and you can press info to see progress

i don't understand.. after the scan it says to go into epg mode on any channel? epg mode is just pressing the epg button right? wheres the part about saving a channel?

i've done it now.. it hasn't done a full epg for channels such as bbc one hd though?

Well, you ain't doing anything wrong as the same is happening to me also, can't say I've noticed that before, as a workaround, you could always set up a manual timer record if you want to record some on BBC One HD I guess,

yeah mine looks exactly like yours. If i restart the technomate i have to do the epg all over again.. is this supposed to happen?

yes this is normal and you will only get full 7-day epg on freesat channels(when you go into epg mode on a freesat channel and very slow) for the others you will have to use the method with the 11.777 transponder but when you turn of your tm you will loose the epg data.
Phant0m promised a way of saving it to usb before but it never was possible yet

yeah i've been using the 11.777 & so theres no work around to get full epg on bbc one hd. only asking as it is a channel watched frequently in my house

BBC one HD loads fine on my Box with the 11.777 method.
Also should load full info 7dayepg if you go onto BBC one HD and go into epg mode it's kind of slow but you will have full info on 7days while in epg mode press info and you can see the more day lay out.
