    Technomate 5402 Recordings

    When i record programmes the picture always stutters every couple of seconds? any help would be appreciated

      Your memory stick is to slow, I assume it's worse on the HD channels.

        yes it is worse on the HD channels. when i check the usb speed it says its good? i did buy a new hdd yesterday just for this box.

          some work and some don't i never had any major problems with my iomega hdd or freecom hdd

            i record in 1080i.. do u think it would help if i reduced it to 720p?

              will make no difference because the tm will record all different feeds in the one recording from that channel so you could change in the recording to any setting ,you could try if that makes a difference in your playback but i think it will make no change. is de speed in the test just over good ?
              maybe you could try an older patch like 117 Download center to see if it makes any difference but i think it's just the HDD
