Technomate 5402 7 day EPG

Hi guys.
Basically i changed my patch to the 117p because it's meant to be the most stable. However when i use the transponder method on 28.2e it puts me on a channel called "EPG Channel" and says no audio/video. it also gets rid of my favourites. when
i then press the epg button the 7 day epg does not work.

Also, channels such as sky sports & sky movies picture stutters/freezes every few seconds.

Any help would be appreciated

Best patch at the minute is 127p by a long way. To populate the epg you use the epg channel but wait on the epg. It does day no audio no video but still populates the channels

Hi thanks for the reply. I wait on epg but it just stays on no information even after several minutes? & also it gets rid of my favourites when i press fav button it says "no favourites" so i have to load my channel list again from usb bringing me back to step one.
Also, am i supposed to be doing the 11.777 thing from "PID search" ?

explain step by step what you do because the method works perfect but you must be doing something wrong you have already about 3 or 4 threads started about this .
The epg channel would certainly not change your favourites,or channellist you are doing some step wrong so start with explaining step by step what you do.

I'm not sure what you're doing but why don't you try one of my channel lists from http://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums....php?p=1838971 . It is a few weeks old but there have been no major changes and everything works. It will autoload to the 7 day epg channel so just press the epg button after loading the list and wait. It should take less than a minute to populate the list. The layout may not suit you but it will let you know if your box is working properly.

2. 11.777TP
3. Scan
4. Epg Data Channel
5. Pressed EPG button

im using your channel list & pressed the epg button but nothing has happened its still saying no information

Edit: Reloaded channel list & this time 7 day epg worked on almost every channel, thank you very much & a very good channel list too .
