TM 5402 ( Teesside )Help

Does anyone know of someone in the teesside area that could update my TM 5402HD reciever for me, I am new to all this and don't fully understand the system. My knowledge is limited. Thanks

What do you mean update. If it is just the channels grab my list or one of the others that are on site stick them on a usb plug it in press usb button on the remote then default pass of 0000 that's zeros then click channel list and install

I think it's something to do with image.

5402 doesn't have images you use the phantom patch but if it was working it still will be but anyway patching box is exactly the same as adding channel list with one difference. After putting new patch in usb press the menu button on the remote then setup (or something to that effect) than factory reset then apply the patch from the usb menu then factory reset again then add the channel list

I bought a 5302hd earlier and im in the teesside area after my openbox died on me over the weekend.
the software was already installed so all i had to do was scan for channels then ive spend 2-3hrs figuring out the newcamd but all up and running now.
Where you buy the box?
whereabouts in teesside are you? Im just outside m'boro TS6
