    Hi can anybody help me my hd channels go off after 3 or 4 seconds and scrambled channel comes on screen but all my sd channels work great am i missing something or could it be my motorised dish?

    Hi. You can tell if its your dish by putting it on a SCRAMBLED channel and then using remote just nudge dish a bit to the left and right and see if it clears the channel. If it clears then your dish is slightly out. Your problem may also be to do with keys. Were channels working before?? . As your SD channels are working ok i suspect its to do with keys rather than dish.

      What sats are you having problems with (or all of them??). What signal quality and strength % are you getting - you need to be getting a minimum of 65% for it to be reliable.

      Do as Nutsandbolts says; nudge the dish east/west to change the signal level, then save the position.

        I'm getting 78% signal i don't think it's the keys cause all i've done is patch the box and put cccam on it

          So it's about a line you have put in the box then i gather.

            ifi put a different patch on the box will i lose all my servers

              no you won't just if you do factory reset within the normal menu ,you will loose your channellist so you will have to back this up .
              Cause if you change patch it is best to do a factory reset before and after changing firmware/patch
