no more EPG

i have a 5400CI+ super. i want to set PVR to record films on DIGITV but i'm getting no EPG. i used to get listings but for the past week or so i get
'NO INFORMATION'

can anybody shed any light

it looks like a provider problem. on my tm6900 i get no information
on most channels, some chns like duna tv. atv,reality tv
viasat history,animal planet.discovery.hbo have limited epg info
but no epg info on any film channels
