TM500 Super transponder

Hello guys a newbie here wanting to learn more. Some channels are saying scrambled on my TM500 Super i guess it has summit to do with the transponders. Can someone tell me how to update these. Thanks

I doubt it has anything to do with transponders.

How are you expecting to view pay tv without actually paying for it ?

I have cc*** just certain satielltes need transponders updating by the looks of it but unsure how to do this.
