hi ive got a tm-500 super which i was getting all channels they've recently gone off ive tryed to get intouch with who set it up and had no luck . so i'm wondering if it could be redone and do i need to put a patch in or just lines or does it need flashing ive got the 4 digit pin and can connect to the box through ip address but need help from there any help would be much appreciated.

firstly if its deffo gone upgrade the box with new filmware via remote .... set factory defaults first then google cardshare if you have had a good service from your supplier worth e mailing him/her again good luck be aware no cs talk allowed on here

hi as for the last part of your post ive already looked into that and think ive got it cover m8 and have you got any links for latest firmware please the person who set it up im keep having problems with ive got to get intouch with him all the time about it now but before it used to be great now he never answers his phone and takes me weeks to get it sorted so looking for something more reliable.

Oh and I wouldn't update to the latest firmware btw, there's a bug in that where you've to reset the cam every time you change channels. Prob best just to leave whatever firmware you've running on it.

not true i've updated 5-6 of them with no issues

but will check and report back ;(

think one was reporting they had to enter pass to watch a movie but nothing that bad ??

use your remote to update box its easy ... if you do not like it you can re set the box to default no probs


ask your friends for there input as to where they get it

Ah right, that's strange, I updated two or three and the all suffered the same problem, others have come across this problem too, there's a few threads on here about it.

My bad for making an assumption so, I'll check it out again so and report back. Thanks for the reply.

I've just updated a 500s to the iq team image from December 12 and don't have any problems running cccam but mgcamd doesn't autostart after being in standby however once the box is up and running it is fine. . Probably not much help but just a bit of info
