hi i want to know how to load buquets in technomate 500 super, someone told me to use dreambox edit , im able to connect to db edit but im not sure of the password i tryed root and left the other blank still no luck should i try another password? any advice would be good cheers

The default password is normally blank unless you loaded a backup image that has a password attached to it, Post back with what image is loaded either the UR or IQ image

cant load buquets with db edit password??? help

hi im trying to load buquets into a technomate tm 500super once i can connect using db edit but i know the username is root but i dont know the password i just left it blank but still no luck, any info or method would be great please help alan.

Yes they are the Technomate 500s is an Enigma1 Linux Receiver so yes you can use any Enigma1 Bouquets for your box

What you need to do is download technomate control centre and from that set a password, say 0000, save that then, and then load up dream set and go in to the configuration and put in the password and that will work. You could also just use TCC to upload you new channel lists too.

I have merged all 3 of your threads you opened as they all realte to the same question about the bouquets and Enigma1.

OK when you connect with dreambox edit did you read the guide on how to set it up because as in its default state it reverts to Enigma2.

Also with you having no connection are you entering the correct IP address of the box in the program

yes when i press test connection it say connection succesfull but when i try and transfter the buquets i get this message- Could not connect to Dreambox. Check IP Address, network settings and status of Dreambox.

I would take digger99's advice and download technomate control centre and first sor t out the password problem the set up dreambox edit so that when you transfer the files over they go to the correct Enigma1 folders and not Enigma2 or else you will find you have more problems
