Hello can anyone help with this please?
Having problems with a usb hard drive on my techno box, the hard drive is 500gb in a usb cady with own power supply,its works very well but tends to loose movies after its turned off! The hard drive menu only show 50 movies on the drive but the size of the hard drive shows there is more dat used. If I record movies and don't turn the techon box off I can see the added movies but they disappear when the box is switched back on. I have stb file 211725 plus the adon ant help would be welcome.

Although you state the patch is from 2011 which one exactly is it and have you tried a different patch first to see if that rectifies the problem

Thanks for getting back digicon, tried patch! all 128 from 11 3 2013 and m2 all from 11 3 2013. the is addon 002p (1)

Do you have a standard TM5402HD or the TM5402HD M2 version as the firmware from the M2 will not go onto the standard one and vice versa, The ADDON is just that and has no bearing on the patches.

I would be inclined to try either Patch 112p or 117p first if you have a standard box
