TM5402HD not relocating to sats correctly

Hi,
I have a TM5402HD receiver and a 1m dish which was professionally installed.
I sometimes have problems when switching from one sat to another and sometimes have to go to say Thor then back to 28.2 before I can get a signal. Does anyone have any ideas what the problem could be? Perhaps a dodgy controller in the TM?
Receiver was set to USALS by the installer, I have played about with settings etc and sometimes I get it to work ok, hit and miss though!

Save your channel list do a factory reset and reflash the box with either the same Firmware or try another one, remember after loading new firmware do another factory reset and then load back your channel list and this should cure it.
