Technomate TM 800 HD -- Getting started -- Pls Help Demystify

Hello All,

I am kinda new to this, I got a preinstalled TM800 HD decoder some few months back and noticed recently that a couple of channels shown error 'Service not found, SID not found in PAT'.. Based on what I have read on this site and the Web, the frequencies of these channels must have changed.

As I am not in the habit of disturbing the Engineer who configured the TM and my penchant for IT, I am willing to undertake this journey myself to add new channels and possibly navigate my way through the TM. I have no clue as to where to start from and I will appreciate a captain willing to lead me through, step by step till i get to my destination.

As your receiver is an Enigma2 model then channel lists are available pre-made for you to save time as well as guides in the Dreambox section

Can you provide the link to the exact dreambox model... there are a number of dreambox threads and i do not know which one I am meant to use

I have done as instructed. But i have a problem. I donot have the TM password and 1111 doesn't work. The Engineer has forgotten it. Is there a way out?, do I do full reset or use a flash drive?
