Hi there. Just put all the relevant info into this box as regards cccam. But when I press to connect. It always says disconnected.
Any help would be great. Thx. Rob

Check all the information you entered is correct as in Spelling and any Capital letters etc... also check the network configuration to make sure you have an IP address and the box is connected

Thx for that. Yeah all seems ok. And wen I check my IP address in system settings. It's all there.

Just noticed. There is a filter option that has the options in it to change the CAID and IDENT. I have not done anything with these options. Is this why it won't connect?

Have you chosen the correct protocol as regards to the first letter in your details and have you also remembered not to enter the first letter or colon.

Protocol starts with c or n depending on what details you are entering.

but still havin probs. I have got a cline now. Bought it for 1 month. Thing is still say disconnected but I have also tried a test line and this works ok.
strange. Any ideas would be great.

Hi Taffyojones,

As you already have this working as you correctly stated on a test, so as far as we can discuss on this matter the box is working the internet is working and the 8281 side is working anything else to do with card sharing cannot be discussed in detail on this forum.

I would suggest you talk to whomever supplied you with details for another month

We cant really discuss the Cam side but what i can say is if you have patched the receiver with the latest firmware you also need the 002 ADDON file as well once that is loaded and you press 8281 on the remote control it will give you access to what you need so to speak.

The softcam keys are for various satellites dotted across the Satellite ARC what i can tell you is they wont open anything at 28.2? east
