No box password TM500 TM600, how to reset?

Hope someone can help, my mate has 3 pubs and some scum bag sold him 2 TM600's and a TM500 for ?900 and ?150pm each!! After I found out, I told him to stop paying, but the guy has changed the box password and I think it has the original image so cant get into mini web. DCC needs the password aswell as does filezilla. Any help would be great. All the boxes are setup with motorised dishes.

It is unlikely anyone is going to tell a member with 6 posts how to remove a password from the boxes as they may have been stolen. It is possible what you say is true but we just don't know that. What I will tell you is it can be done easily and safely

Thanks for your reply, never thought of that, like someone asking how to unblock a iphone. I wouldn't help them either!
