A little more information would help.
Is this the signal for a satellite or for a single transponder.
If it is for either it's probably because the dish is out of alignment and needs to be moved slowly left, right, up or down.

Hi. It may be also LNB faulty or not secure in holder or loose cables or dish bit loose. Is problem on all channels and do you have a motorized dish??

      Regards

I had same problem, in my case I had two identical boxes and swopping the psu plug from one to the other proved the psu was the fault.

I had a similar problem on some channels on 42e recently that had me scratching my head as according to Lyngsat my 1m dish should have easily picked up the transponders I was having trouble with on the western beam.

For a brief second I'd get excellent signal and quality strengths then nothing. It turned out to be the neighbours trees had grown slightly taller this year and with the wind blowing it was moving the new growth so I was getting a signal then not then getting it again.

Always worth checking your line of sight, then loose fittings and dish alignment before thinking the worst regarding PSUs etc. Not that it's impossible for these to die as it happened to me once with a TM 5400.
