    TM6800 & TM6800 Super- Whats the difference?

Can anyone tell me what is the difference between TM6800 and TM6800 Super ?
Will patches and TM Software updates for 6800 Super work on 6800.
On TM Site, if you try to download latest software for TM6800 the file is shown as missing from the server ????

Thanks in advance for any info.

The main difference is the super has blind search (ie) it will search every available transponder not just the programmed ones. I bought the TM6800 recently and getting on great with it,any TPs not pre-programmed I just put in manually.
Only use the software for your exact model.
I Know Technomates web site for downloading v674 for tm6800 is just coming up "error 404" dont know why.

whilst its true the super has a lan port you should find the info above correct and the TM5800 HD is a lot cheaper now.

No thats incorrect, the main difference is that the super has a lan port which allows cardsharing which will be needed very soon as things go dark for the emu side..
I think its newcamd servers which are used on the Technomate super non Linux

Read the Rules here; they apply to Everyone.
